You can smoke in the garden, since it is forbidden inside the apartment.

For your safety, there is a smoke and carbon monoxide detector inside the flat; should its alarm go off, please exit immediately leaving the door open.

First aid kit and fire extinguisher are located in the cabinet above the television.

Separate waste collection:

- wet-organic and dry-undifferentiated are under the sink in the kitchen. When full, please take them on the right-back side of the gate; wet-organic goes into the smaller bin "umido", the  dry-undifferentiated into the yellow bin "secco"

- plastic, glass and paper should be also placed on the right-back side of the gate, please put the glass into the bin without lid.

The sanitary water is heated by an automatic dedicated boiler, the hot water comes out after a few moments from opening the tap.

Please do not adjust boiler settings, ask us in case of need.

​

Tap water is good for coocking and drinkable, but mineral water at the supermarket is recommended for drinking.

​

In the kitchen, please turn on the extractor hood above the stove when you boil water in the pot.

​

To heat the rooms: set the thermostat selector to the winter position (snowflake) and set the desired temperature by turning the wheel.

For air conditioning, put the selector in the summer (sun) position.

Reasonable use of heating and air conditioning would be appreciated while you are at home, please turn them off when going out for do not waste energy.

When going out, please also close the windows and the blinds for greater security.

​

The carport is available to protect your car and you'll find there the charging station for your electric vehicle.

The gate opens with the button on the remote control, just press it once and then it closes itself.

When entering, do not stand in front of the photocells.

If we aren't present at the check-out, please put the keys in the safety box next to the entrance door, then turn the combination numbers.

In Este you can go to Interspar or Mega.

The widest choice is available at Iper Tosano, a huge and cheap supermarket on the way to Montagnana

The rental of the Ciesazza Apartment as a tourist lease does not require the possession of a VAT number, the managers are therefore not required to issue an invoice, but we can issue a regular tax receipt to guests who have booked through sites such as Booking and Airbnb and who make an express request and issue a receipt to guests who have booked with direct contact.

For amounts greater than € 77.47, a duty stamp of € 2 must be affixed to the guest as per current legislation.
